We have put together a quick guide to help you understand your options under the new law.  Simply answer the questions below and follow the instructions depending on your situation. 

• Do you have access to group insurance through your employer (even if you don’t take it)?
• Do you have access to group insurance through your spouse’s employer (even if you don’t take it)?
• If you answer “yes” to either of these, click the button below.  If the answer is “no”, proceed to the next questions

• Do you have an individual plan or a family plan that you pay for yourself?
  • If you have Inclusive Health or the Federal PCIP plan, please click “…no coverage.” (these plans end 12/31/2013)
• If you answer “yes” to this question, click the button below.  If the answer is “no”, proceed to the next questions

• Have you been declined or charged a higher rate for health insurance in the past?
• If you do not have any health insurance and you don’t have access to group insurance (either through your or your spouse’s employer).
• If you answer “yes” to either of these, click the button below.
